Course aim: Learning the basics of CADISON 3D-Designer for the creation of 3D installation / piping plans

Course duration: 3 days

Prerequisite for course: AutoCAD Basics - Working with AutoCAD Basic Commands, Working Environment

Target group: Design engineers & users for 3D piping & plant planning

  • Structure of a 3D model (xref)
  • Benefits of the MATPIPE selector
  • Container construction with the container and nozzle assistant
  • Fundamentals of pipeline planning
  • sections, views and layout
  • Drawing comparison with the P&ID
  • Generation of reports/data sheets in Excel and Word
  • Integration of AutoCAD objects into the CADISON structure
  • Creating isometrics from the 3D model Basic
  • Creating Stages / Ladders / Staircases with the SteelLayout Basic
